Terms and Conditions
Each customer is a natural or legal person who on-line shop www.granat shop.com completely finish order (using the button "confirm objednávku). This act of the customer is obliged to comply with the terms and conditions herein. Each customer must be familiar with business conditions before sending the order itself.
It is our aim to despatch your goods in the shortest time (2-3 days). Therefore, any excuse short delay, which would have been promptly informed.
The order is taken within 24 hours, confirmation is sent via email. In case of any discrepancy or doubt you will be contacted.
Supply of goods:
Ordered goods are sent through the Czech Post as a valuable package with COD.
Goods are sent to the address listed in the order. Postage active CZK 150 per order unless otherwise indicated. Goods are supplied under these conditions for the Czech and Slovak Republics. Delivery outside the countries listed above are dealt with individually.
Receipt of the goods:
When receiving a package from the Czech postal worker or employee of an alternative carrier, you have the right package to make sure it is not mechanically damaged. In case of damage you can apply for Czech Post or an alternative carrier claim. For damaged shipments during its transport to the customer is responsible for the part of the e-shop, but on the other carrier. Confirmation of the delivery note, the customer agrees to take over the goods and confirms that it arrived without any mechanical damage.
Goods sent back by COD will not be accepted!
Withdrawal from contract
Right operator of withdrawal:
E-shop operator is entitled to withdraw from the contract within the time of shipment, due to the unavailability of goods or a significant change in its price. In this case it is required to contact the customer and agree a way forward in solving the problem.
Customer‘s right of withdrawal:
Online store www.granat-shop.com gives you protection from the Civil Code, a period of 14 days to return the goods without giving a reason. If you choose this option, send us a letter including goods delivery note accompanying the letter back to our address.
Goods shall not bear signs of damage or use.
Compensation will be by postal order, bank transfer or exchange of goods for the corresponding value of the product, all by mutual agreement between the customer and the operator.
If the buyer withdraws from the contract under § 53 paragraph (7) of the Civil Code, the operator is entitled to reimbursement of actual costs of returning the goods, the operator calculates these costs shall notify the purchaser and is entitled to set off its obligation to return to the buyer purchasing price.
Personal data is handled in accordance with law. No. 101/2000 Coll., privacy, and possibly other laws, as amended, and are in no way being used for purposes other than by 284/2004 Coll.
Personal data filled in when registering or ordering goods are not in any way to a third party.
By registering for the e-shop system shop.com Grant gives the customer agrees to deposit their data into the company‘s internal database, which serves only to further accelerate the solution of future orders.

These terms and conditions are applicable to all purchase contracts between the operator and the customer and come into force on 1.1.2009.
